Be Bold

You Are The One, Part 2

Saturday, January 3, 20269am
📖 Joshua 1
Joshua 1 makes the assignment personal: we cannot remain spectators while waiting for someone else to move. God’s promise calls each of us to accept responsibility for the obedience attached to our lives. We are challenged to choose courage over passivity. The people connected to us may be waiting on the faithful step that only we can take.
Key Points
1.
The call of God in this season is personal, so obedience cannot be outsourced to someone else.
2.
What you survived was preparation, not wasted history, because God has been building you for this moment.
3.
There are people attached to your courage, so your yes affects more than your own future.
4.
The season of riding in the backseat is over; if God assigned it to you, you must lead it.
5.
Real fulfillment comes from carrying out the assignment God gave you, not merely from enjoying the blessing.

We are called to recognize when our moment has arrived and choose obedience over self-protection. What we survived and where we have been placed may reveal why God prepared us for such a time as this.

Bold Love

Bold love does more than visit God’s presence occasionally; it learns to live in His love every day. First John teaches us that perfect love drives out fear and gives our obedience a secure foundation. We love God because He first loved us, not because we are trying to repay Him. Our grateful response becomes visible in courageous choices, faithful relationships, and a life shaped by His love.

Bold Moves: When Courage Strikes

Jael shows us that boldness becomes visible when the decisive moment arrives. She does not wait for a better option, a different person, or more impressive tools; she uses what is already in her hand. We are called to move when courage strikes. Faith is not passive, and ordinary resources can become enough when God has positioned us for the assignment.
